Tiffany is the Founder and Managing Principal of LuxEquity Capital, where she empowers everyday people — whether first-time investors or seasoned professionals — to grow wealth through passive multifamily real estate. By pooling capital to acquire and enhance apartment communities, LuxEquity creates opportunities that deliver cash flow, long-term appreciation, and tax benefits without the headaches of being a landlord.
For Tiffany, this mission is deeply personal. Raised in Section 8 housing as the daughter of Vietnamese refugees, she understands how safe, dignified communities can change lives. That upbringing drives her passion for creating investments that not only build generational wealth but also uplift the neighborhoods they touch.
With nearly 20 years of experience in commercial banking and lending, Tiffany brings expertise in deal structuring, underwriting, and risk management — ensuring each project is built on stability, scalability, and investor trust.
Beyond real estate, Tiffany is a wife, proud mom of six (plus one fur baby), puzzle and strategy game enthusiast, and avid traveler. She leads with equal parts heart and hustle.
